Monthly Bookkeeping
Essential — from $299/month
For straightforward small businesses with lower transaction volume.
Includes transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliations, monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, GST tracking, and year-end-ready records for your accountant.
Best suited for: businesses with up to approximately 100 monthly transactions and a simple bookkeeping structure.
Complete — from $449/month
For growing businesses with more activity, accounts, or bookkeeping requirements.
Includes everything in Essential, with capacity for higher transaction volume, additional bank and credit-card accounts, GST filing where required, and more involved monthly bookkeeping.
Best suited for: businesses with up to approximately 250 monthly transactions or more complex books.
Trades & Contractors — from $649/month
For contractors and trades businesses whose bookkeeping goes beyond basic monthly transactions.
We can account for materials, subcontractors, vehicles, equipment, job-related expenses, GST, and other complexities common to project-based businesses.
Where needed, we can also discuss job or project tracking so you have a clearer picture of where the money is going.
Pricing depends on transaction volume and the complexity of the business.
Catch-Up & Cleanup Bookkeeping
Behind on your books? We can start there.
You do not need perfectly organized books before contacting us.
We can review what has already been completed, identify missing or incorrect work, and determine what is required to bring the books current.
Catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping is quoted separately based on the amount and condition of the work.
You will receive a quote before we begin.
